Initial treatments start with a 15 minute consultation. We discuss your previous medical history, including any previous injuries, surgeries and treatments you may have had. I will also test your ranges of motion.

Following the consultation, you will receive a 45 minute massage. I may use a variety of massage techniques depending on the outcome of your consultation.

Follow-up massages are 45 and 60 minutes long. During these treatments, I will take a more in-depth approach to discover the root cause of your injury or discomfort.
